• Kementerian Pariwisata (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy) License: We hold a valid SIUP-PARIWISATA (Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata – Tourism Business License) issued by the Ministry of Tourism, certifying our legal standing as a legitimate tourism operator in Indonesia. This license is regularly renewed and audited.
• Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Directorate General of Sea Transportation) Certifications: Our vessels are registered and certified by the Indonesian Directorate General of Sea Transportation. This includes regular inspections for seaworthiness, vessel integrity, navigation equipment, and safety gear, ensuring compliance with national maritime laws and IMO (International Maritime Organization) standards. Our captains hold Class I Master Mariner certifications.

• BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Social Security for Employment) & BPJS Kesehatan (National Health Insurance): All our Indonesian crew members are enrolled in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for employment injury insurance and BPJS Kesehatan for health coverage, demonstrating our commitment to employee welfare and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

While we are not directly IATA accredited, we work with IATA-certified travel partners to ensure all flight bookings and ground transfers adhere to international air travel safety and security standards.

• Vessel Maintenance & Inspections: Our liveaboard vessels undergo stringent daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks by qualified engineers and crew. Annual dry-dock inspections and certifications by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation ensure structural integrity and operational readiness.
