It is a working desk rather than a directory of headshots: the material here is written, checked and updated by the people who run the site day to day, and it is signed as a desk because a desk is what does the work.
What this desk publishes
The pages fall into a few groups: diving trips, boat charters, what things actually cost and how the itineraries are put together. Each one stays with whoever on the desk last handled that subject, which is also who answers when a reader writes in about it.
How we handle what we have not confirmed
Rules, fares and schedules in Indonesia change with little warning. Where a figure has been checked against an official source, we state it plainly and say where it came from. Where it has not been checked, we say so on the page instead of filling the gap with an estimate that would read like a fact.
What this desk does not claim
There are no credentials, licence numbers or career histories quoted on this site. Claims like that need paperwork behind them, and we would rather publish nothing than publish something we cannot evidence. Treat these pages as background reading, not as professional advice.
